I am a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University. I studied a lot of anatomy and trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation, Pregnancy, Sports Massage, and Cancer Therapy Massage. I plan to continue to grow my practice and skills through continuing education courses and seminars. I enjoy my work as a massage therapist, because I am able to help others feel better. In our busy lives we do a lot to our bodies without even realizing it. Massage has many benefits, from relaxation to releasing muscle tightness, and reducing stress levels. My goal is to provide a relaxing environment, and help the body to restore itself and be functional. I have a flexible schedule to help meet your needs.
